TCA and V-H computer test for spiral bevel and hypoid gears.

Here is an example of DDS calculation of a spiral bevel gear set. DDS method was used for calculation of gear tooth surfaces and for contact pattern simulation. TCA and V-H test can be done on a PC befor manufacturing the gears so it saves time for tooth contact development.

Spiral bevel TSA software has been developed by Dr. Boris Zak and Dip. Eng. Stepan Lunin.
